General Questions
High-quality vinyl lettering can last 5-8 years or longer with proper care. Factors that affect longevity include sun exposure, weather conditions, vehicle maintenance, and the quality of installation. We use premium materials designed to withstand the harsh New England climate, including freezing winters and hot summers.

Services & Pricing
Truck lettering involves applying individual vinyl letters, numbers, and graphics directly to the vehicle surface. A wrap involves covering all or most of the vehicle's surface with a continuous sheet of vinyl. Lettering is ideal for displaying business names and contact information, while wraps are better for full color changes or complex designs. Wraps also provide additional protection for the underlying paint.
Absolutely! We can match virtually any color using Pantone or manufacturer color codes. If you have specific brand colors, provide us with the color information or existing samples, and we'll ensure a precise match. We carry a wide variety of vinyl colors in stock and can order specialty colors as needed.
Yes, we include old lettering removal in our services when needed. We carefully remove existing graphics without damaging the underlying paint. There may be an additional charge for extensive removal work, which we will include in your quote.
Reflective graphics are made from specialized vinyl that reflects light back toward its source, dramatically increasing visibility at night. This is particularly valuable for work vehicles, construction equipment, and anyone who operates after dark. While reflective materials cost more than standard vinyl, the added safety and visibility can be a worthwhile investment for many businesses.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Wait 48 hours after installation before washing your vehicle. When washing, use a mild detergent and soft cloth or sponge. Avoid high-pressure washers directly on edges and avoid abrasive materials. Hand washing is recommended over automatic car washes. For best results, park in shaded areas when possible to reduce sun exposure.
We recommend avoiding paste waxes and polish compounds on vinyl graphics. Use liquid spray waxes designed for vinyl surfaces instead. Apply wax carefully, avoiding the edges of the graphics where it can cause lifting. If you're unsure about a specific product, test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.
If your graphics are damaged due to an accident or incident, contact us as soon as possible. We can assess the damage and provide repair or replacement options. Depending on the extent of damage, we may be able to patch and repair rather than replace entire graphics. For damage unrelated to workmanship issues, there will be a charge for repairs.
