At C Ford Professional Lettering, we are committed to providing high-quality vehicle graphics services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered. We recommend reading this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Deposits and Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
- If you need to reschedule, we will gladly apply your deposit to a new appointment within 30 days
- Full payment is due upon completion of work before the vehicle is released
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Performed: If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon work due to our scheduling or capacity issues, a full refund will be provided.
- Quality Issues: If you identify workmanship defects within 30 days of service completion, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. If we are unable to fix the issue to your satisfaction, a partial refund may be considered.
- Material Defects: If materials used fail due to manufacturer defects (such as peeling, bubbling, or fading under normal conditions), we will replace the materials at no cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Design work and proofs that have been approved by the customer
- Custom-designed graphics that cannot be reused
- Work that has been completed and approved by the customer
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Additional services or upgrades requested during the project
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution. Most issues can be resolved through open communication and, when necessary, touch-up work or adjustments.

Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Limitations
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost business, or consequential losses arising from our services.
